Returns
We understand that returns are an integral part of the online shopping experience. While we strive to deliver products of the highest quality, we acknowledge that there may be instances where a return is necessary.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will guide you through the return process and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
We aim to process returns and refunds within 1-2 weeks, although additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
For cancellations, please note that orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
We strive to make the returns procedure as simple as possible.
In which cases can I return the product?
Products can be returned in these two conditions:
- You have received a damaged product: A product can get damaged in transit and while we do ensure the best possible quality controls, sometimes a damaged product might go unnoticed.
- Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, colour and/or size.
We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service for your convenience and peace of mind.
Once we receive the returned products and inspect their condition (in original packaging and unused), we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund within 7 days. The refund will be processed back to the original payment source.
Please note that the final decision on approving or rejecting a returned item lies with us. The returned items must be in their original packaging, including tags, boxes, invoices, documentation, and all accessories.
For orders canceled by mymercado, we will refund the full amount received to the account from which the payment has been received.
mymercado is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

Terms & Conditions for Return
The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with us.
The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentation, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
The product you’re returning must be unused and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR IN SOILED CONDITION.
Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.
Please note that the products might look slightly different from the ones you see on the website, especially in terms of colour.
If you have not received the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you had ordered, please contact us within 48 hrs from the date of delivery to report the issue. No request will be entertained if a concern is not raised within this stipulated period.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
mymercado reserves the right to deny repeated returns for the same order.
